
Training and Education Workgroup
The Training and Education Workgroup aims to support the deployment of the knowledge platform. The main objective of the knowledge platform is to warrant the effective, correct, and secure use of the INDICATE infrastructure by all different users.
The Training and Education Workgroup includes members from WP 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 and consists of educational strategists, experts in needs assessment, curriculum development, instructional design, evaluation, IT specialists, healthcare workers, patient representatives etc. This group will ensure fluent communication with the other WPs; ensuring that training and education will be shaped according to the development of the other WPs and their Milestones and Deliverables.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Decide on and conduct needs assessment activities (surveys, interviews, Delphi rounds, self-assessment, literature review)
- Develop the curriculum for the Education and Training program aligned with the identified needs and specified for different target groups.
- Decide on the instructional design of the different educational methods and activities
- Propose assessment tools in alignment with the Moore framework (up to level 5)
- Review and provide feedback for all proposed education and training and the created education by WP5
- Attend the monthly working meetings of the Training and Education Workgroup
